Continuity the problem with most large consulting firms face is keeping the resources you want on your project. This is due in large part to unrealistic quotas and high overhead that means consultants need to keep churning though if they have to sit for a day. At SFDCGURU we promise to keep the same team engaged throughout the life of the project.

We offer a wide variety of Professional Service Agreements to meet you needs:

Quick Start is typically a three to five day engagement which focuses on getting you up and running quickly. It includes your initial configuration of standard objects (Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities etc…) as well as setting up your users and limited data loading.

Quick Start Plus includes everything in the Quickstart and includes building work flow rules, validation rules and custom objects. A Quick Start Plus is typically a Six to Ten Project and may include an additional resource.

Fixed Bid Have a well defined project or enhancement in mind? Then a fixed bid may be right for you. A fixed Bid project is one where we agree to deploy a fixed amount functionality, development, or data services for a fixed price helping you to stay within budget.

Time & Materials is like a fixed bid and comes with an well defined estimate for our services based on the scope of the project. Besides the Quick Start it is the most common type of project we complete. The difference between a fixed bid is that if functionality is requested that is out of scope it can be managed through a Change Request without the need to create a new contract.
